There seems to be an issue where if an item is almost reachable and the reticle allows you to activate it but it can't move from it's location, no other commands will work. EG...there is a large circuit board in a locker. You click it (not ctrlclick) and it doesn't move. You can then no longer use any other buttons. Your 1-6 doesn't work. You can't ctrl-click the item to pull it in. You can't open your tablet. It's as if the system is waiting for the item to finish moving before it 'unlocks' the rest of the world interactivity.
