Conecting ANY large tank to a water line from a pump station will drop the water production from the pump station down to about 5-10 percent of what it was. Seems the only way to fix this is be scrapping the water tanks and then the pump station and then rebuildihng the pump station. It brings it back somewhat but not to the full production before adding a water tank.
