Not sure if it is MadMan difficultly only, but the new tool wear and repair capability is a neat concept, but I can barely use the jackhammer enough to get resources enough to make another jackhammer. This means that the majority of jackhammering is just to make new jackhammers and not the resources I need to make a building so I can eventually make food. I have not been here long enough yet, but this may be a show stopper because of the weight in the wear of tools.
