Phantom resources fully spawning on game launch and save is loaded. The rocks around the landing pod were mostly already harvested and on launch just now, all the rocks appeared to be back to their original spawn. I am physically stopped by them as they are there, but when I used the jackhammer on them, they disappeared on touch. Sad to see this issue has not been resolved yet with this massive update.
