before when a well had an extension and the extension was underpowerd, the well still produced while the extension did not. Now nothing produces if it is under powered. Example well with a single extension to produce oxygen gets 7 watts instead of 10, nothing is produced. Previously the water would be produced and no oxygen would be because the extension did not have enough power to run. Now it is an all or nothing which kind of really sucks.
