When using the Materials Workbench, if you try to "Click for more information" on objects, it doesn't load the information. Additionally, when you use the workbench to look at the Tech Tree for Materials and do not make a technological point selection, then you cannot use "Esc" to back out of the menu unless you switch over to the Inventory tab. I've repeated this several times, but it only occurs after you attempt to interact with the items in the tech tree.
