I really don't understand what is happening but the FPS is reporting around 43 FPS, but the actual visuals I am getting is closer to 1FPS. The UI just skips horribly. At times it is smooth, but then this odd situation happens. Before in older versions the UI would litterally hit 1FPS with this same experience, but for some reason not the FPS reporting doesn't think it is hitting 1FPS when it is. Like some hackery in the backend to "maintain" higher FPS than what is really being experienced.
