Objects in world show the grinding glow X even when not ground or even with the grinder on. Example, I just got done grinding a solar panel. I am no longer griding. I turn around and run bout 20m to the next object (which was not even in view previously) and that object has the glowing X as if I am grinding it. Super stange mechanic happening.
