Rover grappling targeting is off. Right now I am on flat ground, the green x is showing that I have a target, but when I close the grappler, the rock is clearly too far behind the grappler to be caught. If I move the grappler back where the x becomes red, I can see that the grappler is actually over the rock and when I close the grappler it in fact connects with the rock and picks it up. Another thing that should help but does not.
