There needs to be some kind of check in the code for the blueprints the player has unlocked when they find a new tablet. I have searched 12 bases and still haven't find the small accumalator blueprint. I have things unlocked that way further down the tech tree that does me no good since I don't have one of the first one's unlocked that I need in order to even use the others. Don't give me a blue print for a large rover when I can't even make an ATV.
