The Heavy Rover has, on one occasion, completely lost its speed after I loaded minerals with the crane. It was moving at about 1 km/h. Sometimes, it also can't be recalled to the hangar via the "Reset" button — nothing happens. Both of these issues could be resolved by restarting the game.
