This has happened to me in 3 different playthroughs in the Noctis Fossae landing site. It's like I hit a spawn point for ore because it shoots out of the rock like water. The first time it happened it affected the silicon, aluminum and iron nodes. The second and third time it affected just the silicon and aluminum. Needless to say I was playing madman so I had to get rid of the game but the last time I did take a screenshot.
