There is always the same weather event, the tornado storm. Only the first weather event is random and after that, its always the same one as the first event. Restarting the game while there is a storm didnt fix that problem. I had this bug on several game saves. When I start a new game there is also the same weather bug. All the different game saves where the bug happend are on hard mode.
