Hello, Unfortunately, I have to say that in my current game round, the workbench does not offer circuit board repair. The mini-game does not start after loading or in a new game. There is no green dot when you hover over it with the soldering iron or heat gun. This means that circuit board repair is no longer usable in the current release 1.0.
