ATV Marker stuck up in the sky above reacy by jetpack. Reloading from save does not clear it and placing a marker on the actual ATC does not clear it. I did use the grinder earlier to cut down the origonal repaired ATC for the Steam Achievement and suppose this marker was related to that. After destroying the ATC I used the welding torch to repair it fully.
