I found the original base which "exploded" during tutorial missions. I decided to re-settle it. I managed do scrap broken kilo reactor as well as destroyed truck. Then I rebuild a part ob base but had to save the game and leave. After loadI wanted to continue but cannot - the reactor had re-spawned and is killing me. But overally the game is pretty good - I like it. :-)
