This bug is stuck. I waited until the next day, reloaded the game, and my oxygen bottle still won't fill up. I tried the outlet on the tank and the refill bottle option on the well interface and it's not working. I've tried switching my active oxygen bottle with one in my inventory and it still won't do it.
