In the mission given "An Old Friend"... We are tasked with finding Spotty's parts and assembling them. Problem is... HOW? In the games tutorial starting it shows Spotty's base standing awaiting additional parts to be installed, not at a workbench but outside. Soooo, How do we assemble Spotty if we haven't gotten that far in the Tech Tree? Why give us a mission like this so early in the game only to have to store the parts until you get the Tech Tree for Spotty opened. Opening of that Tech tree should be what spawns the "An Old Friend" mission.
