I made the mistake of building a gas canister rack and enabling O2 fill. Now, even after demolishing the rack, there is a continuous 720 O2 drain preventing me from gaining a breathable atmosphere in the hab, even with a 210 02 production rate and 3 CO2 scrubbers running.
