I had a few inventory items on the floor of one of my workshops. My game locked up, I could not save it before I shut it down by the windows task manager. I reloaded the last save game which had a jetpack from the workshop floor before the game freeze (same as locked up described before). I lost a jetpack because of the game freeze.
