Driving back to base, hit a jump and suddenly black screen with only the waypoint markers visible. I can still here low O2 and food warnings but visually everything is frozen. Cannot reset my character or reach esc menu. Dying does not reslove. requires game restart. Can only hide and show controls. Thats the only visual indicator.
